I had an idea of what I was looking for & Dionne was very supportive in answering all my questions & pointed me in the direction that I needed. Dionne then gave us time to test, discuss & narrow our options before returning to find out if we needed any other help. I liked this approach & she showed great empathy throughout our interaction.

We where greated by pauline at the door who is very friendy,helpful and very funny Dionne who assisted us with everything else was very pleasant,helpful and nothing was a bother

We were very impressed with the COVID-19 set up, hugely professional. We also were impressed with the mattress tool you had. The colleague, Katrina, appeared very knowledgeable and was not pushy. Overall, we were very satisfied with the services provided by your team. Obviously, nobody wants to pay top prices, but we are also very aware, you get what you pay. Very happy customers.
