Very impressed with sales assistant Diane, her knowledge was excellent and patience to let us try out different styles of mattresses so that we got the one that suited us best. Also appreciated the individual paper pillow cases considering the covid precautions at the current time. The offer of bottled water and coffee was again appreciated. Level of service was much better than other stores and this was why we returned after trying out other brands of mattresses that you did not stock.
