On both occasions we visited we were treated with the utmost respect. We were given good advice, which in turn prompted the second visit and purchase. We were very happy with the sale and staff.

We were served by Dionne and she was fantastic with us. She helped us find the perfect mattress and her time and patience with us was great. She made the sale!!

Very friendly knowledgeable service. No rush to find the correct product

The sales associate was very knowledgeable and took time to ensure that we had several options available (pillows), didn’t push for sale and was keen that we explored all available options even though we had settled on the more expensive one.

Lesley was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. She gives us all the facts and lots of options and, letting us make up our own mind about what we needed and wanted. Ordering and paying for the products was straightforward and we were offered refreshments during this time. Delivery was within 7 days which was a unexpected bonus.

Ashley was the store colleague who helped us. She was so knowledgable with her products. She really took her time to understand what we wanted and was spot on with her recommendations. We had a budget of £1000 in mind and had found a mattress we liked within that budget at a different store. We went to dreams just to be sure before ordering the mattress we had previously found. Well Ashley really opened our eyes to what we needed and we ended up going above our budget considerably but we knew it was the right decision. Ashley was so personable. She even gave us a little pink book to take home to our 5 year old daughter to read.

OUR ASSISTANT WAS KATRINA ( 134A030020) SHE WAS EXCELLENT, WELL GOOMED, WELL MANNERED, CORRECT BALANCE BETWEEN ATTENTION AND BEING OVERATTENTIVE SHE COULD SENSE WE WERE UNCERTAIN AND CONDUCTED HERSELF CORRECTLY IN DEALING WITH OUR SITUATION WE WERE HIGHLY SATSIFIED WITH THE RESPONSE TO OUR ENQUIRY ANY ISSUE OUTSTANDING WAS EITHER DOWN TO US OR OUR NOT KNOWING WHAT OUR EXPERIENCE WILL BE..... WE HAVEN'T GOT THE PRODUCT YET SO CAN'T COMMENT ON QUALITY IN EFFECT
