Dionne was a wonderful server, we had a long chat about what we needed and what we were looking for and with her help & fabulous knowledge we managed to order a beautiful bed ... it hasn’t come yet but I truly believe I will be in cloud nine when it arrives... I am so excited ... We also had a fab chat with Dionne & her wonderful manager .. I love going into a shop were I get a good laugh as well as what I went in for ... thank you girls ... you are fabulous !! Well done !! Xx 😘😘

Alex was superb at finding us exactly what we were looking for and following the new guidelines. We were more than happy and can't wait to receive our new mattress.

Friday 10/07. I visited the store at Birkenshaw, Uddinston. Walking into the shop, I saw a sanitising station and the floor was marked the appropriate distance between customers. I instantly saw the bed i wanted, and the price was decent, especially as it was on sale. I went to look at mattresses and was met by Alex. He asked if we needed any help, and recommended trying the ‘SleepMatch Machine’, which gives a recommendation of what mattress to chose depending on an individuals needs. He instantly knew the answers to questions I asked, so no waiting around to find out. He didn’t pester us, and said “take your time, and if you have any more questions, feel free to ask away". At checkout there was a protective shield between myself and Katrina. Both wore face masks at all times, and even offered us water. Katrina helped find a good day for delivery and explained the process. Both were very kind and helpful, and I will gladly go back there as a first choice.

Katrina was really helpful and showed me best mattress for my son who’s three was with us and really helped with me in store couldn’t do enough for me William
