Alex was very helpful and knows his beds. This is a large purchase and we were never under any pressure. We were in the store for about 1 hour and we asked Alex countless questions as we had a few doubts. Alex handled these in a professional manner. Store adhered to all social distancing guidelines which made us feel re assured. Would I buy another bed from Alex. Most definitely. We also purchased 2 fabulous Tempur pillows. So far 2 amazing nights sleep. Can’t wait for our new Flaxby bed to arrive. I’m counting the sleeps already.

Dionne was a wonderful server, we had a long chat about what we needed and what we were looking for and with her help & fabulous knowledge we managed to order a beautiful bed ... it hasn’t come yet but I truly believe I will be in cloud nine when it arrives... I am so excited ... We also had a fab chat with Dionne & her wonderful manager .. I love going into a shop were I get a good laugh as well as what I went in for ... thank you girls ... you are fabulous !! Well done !! Xx 😘😘
