Dreams - Uddingston

I had an idea of what kind of bed I was looking for (pocket sprung) nut didn't realise there was so many options to choose from. I was in the store a few seconds when an assistant Alex approached me. He showed me and explained how the computer bed worked. This then broke down 4 beds which would suit my needs. Explained the differences of the 4 beds and this helped me choose the one I purchased.

The Assistant who looked after us was Amazing. So helpful and keen to look after us. Made us feel at ease and explained everything. She went the extra mile to make sure we got exactly what we wanted.

From the moment I entered the store Kathlene the assist was first class. Her knowledge, experience and friendly attitude was first class. It was lovely to enter a store and not feel pressured into purchasing something i didnt want. Her relaxed demure, family orintated values in terms of what a mother would want for one of her sons shawn through. I wish every store i entered was like this. I would definitely return to the store in the basis of this women. I have never met her before but a credit to the company. I believe that all staff could learn from this person. On both occasions we visited we were treated with the utmost respect. We were given good advice, which in turn prompted the second visit and purchase. We were very happy with the sale and staff.
