Sheryl approached us politely as we entered the store, took our names and immediately made us feel welcome. The store temperature was comfortable. The environment was lovely and bright. Very welcoming.

Good products and service

The woman who helped me was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and took the time to explain the products and listen to what I needed for both comfort and price. We went to another bed shop before coming to dreams but I didn’t purchase anything there as I felt uncomfortable in the store at dreams I was happy and relaxed from the moment I walked in, I suffer with anxiety and it can be difficult for me to ‘try’ products before I buy but this was not a concern. Lesley from the store was amazing both with myself and my daughter, she shared her own experience with some products and this also helped me to make a decision on my purchase I can’t rate her high enough she was amazing!!!

Our assistant Dionne was more than helpful and very approachable
