The lady who helped us was very informative, not pushy and explained all the beds,mattresses very well

I visited the showroom twice and both times Katrina assisted me and gave me time and space to have a good look, while keeping informed, she was really lovely

Staff were friendly and attentive and helped in the purchase, prices were satisfactory and a good range to choose from

We were greated with smiles, helped instantly. A man with glasses (i forgot his name) was very friendly and even helped us to the car with our purchases. All the staff were talking to my baby and we felt at home.

Great customer service and appreciated the time staff took to explain different options available.

We were served by Kathleen who's knowledge of the store and products was absolutely amazing. You could tell she enjoyed her job and this made our experience so positive. She made sure she worked within our budget and I didn't feel the "sales pressure" so often felt within stores. The other staff were seen giving young children books, talking to them and keeping them amused. It was a really comfortable environment to be in and we are really satisfied with our purchases.

Entering the store one of the friendly staff, Alex, welcomed us with a simple "Hello". As we were unsure of what type of mattress we were looking for and Alex kindly took us to the Magic Machine. Alex gave us a pillow wrapped in paper (for hygiene purposes). After the machine did its business we were taken to 4 different types of mattresses and was given plenty of time to try each mattress and was also shown another mattress that had 2 different types of mattress as me and my wife sleep very differently. After having a good few minutes we picked our mattress and Alex processed the sale with a friendly natter. Alex also kindly offered us drinks and spoke to us as people rather than a salesperson which made it more comfortable and less pressured.

Was highly satisfied with the product and service I received at dreams. Was in with my elderly mum purchasing a new mattress for her. Lesley the sales assistant was very patient and attentive with my elderly mum.

The lady that dealt with me was Awsome, really listened and tailored what I need to my needs. She was very friendly and her knowledge was great
