i first saw the bed i purchased on line ,and was pleased to say it was as advertised.we were asked as soon as Kathleen had helped us to look over the bed ect.we sat down and she offered us a tea or coffee my husband had a coffee and i was given a bottle of water .she had also spoken to us when we entered the store explained about hand gel but also spoke to us as we went round the store ,as i had worked for many years in retail myself i really did appreciate her being so nice and friendly which does not happen so much now .

Dionne was really friendly and helpful. She had good product knowledge and was able to recommend a top of the range pillow
