The thing that set this visit apart from other stores we had visited browsing for a replacement mattress was undoubtedly the faultless level of customer service received from Lesley. Having worked within the service industry for many years, I am very particular about customer service experience for the end consumer; I have to say Lesley delivered a masterclass during our visit and was undoubtedly a major factor in us making a purchase during our visit. Even form the point that I call ahead to check that the branch was open, her demeanour was pleasant and helpful; on arrival at the store, by chance, it was also Lesley who greeted us and it really only got better from there. Her personable approach aside, Lesley demonstrated all the desired characteristics that I would look for in someone assisting me in a purchase - knowledgeable, objective, relatable, and most importantly, NOT pushy! We went in with an idea of which mattress we'd likely end up purchasing eventually. We came out having made a purchase which actually ended up saving us money, even after buying extras such as bedding and pillows! All thanks to honest, impartial, friendly advice from Lesley. Give this woman a rise!!

The assistant Ashley who looked after us during our visit was lovely. She was very knowlegable & very friendly. She made the experience of getting a new mattress a lor easier than I could have been. She is a credit to your store.

When we went into the store we knew what we were looking for an ottoman bed. A man named David came up to us and asked if we needed help, I told him I was looking for a bed for my Son and he asked my son questions which I was impressed with as the bed wasn’t for me. He spent a lot of time showing us the beds my son was interested in, then he put him on something to show what kind of mattress he needed I told him my price range and he done his best to find everything at or under and told us why the bed and mattress we pick was the best for my Son, he made my Son very happy and important. I can’t thank David enough as he’s moving to Falkirk branch.

Sales assistant kept to social distance and had on face visor, she set up machine to get correct mattress for my daughter and explained the ones to try and gave cover to put over pillow when trying out. She was very helpful with everything.
