because the moment we walked into the Uddingston Store we were greeted in a friendly and professional manner. We explained what we were looking for and were shown a range of bed frames that might suit all the time being aware of social distancing and wearing face masks. We found an ottoman bed that suited our needs and then explained that we also needed a mattress as well. We received professional advice and help and made a measured decision after trying 4 different mattresses. At no time did we feel pressurised or rushed and came away feeling happy and comfortable with our decision.

The assistant came to my side quite quickly and treated me with all the help I needed to choose my product. She was very friendly and understanding and took her time with me. After explaining everything she gave me time to decide without pressuring me into buying. Overall I was very satisfied with th3 service I received.

I did not feel under any pressure to follow through with a sale (which can be off putting in many stores). She had a good understanding of the type of mattress I was after and once I found the one I placed an order. Very straight forward process with no hassle.
