Not enough staff ,but when staff available were very good,but they need help with other staff.

because the moment we walked into the Uddingston Store we were greeted in a friendly and professional manner. We explained what we were looking for and were shown a range of bed frames that might suit all the time being aware of social distancing and wearing face masks. We found an ottoman bed that suited our needs and then explained that we also needed a mattress as well. We received professional advice and help and made a measured decision after trying 4 different mattresses. At no time did we feel pressurised or rushed and came away feeling happy and comfortable with our decision.

I was looking for a mattress for my seven year old daughter. On arrival, Lesley asked me about my requirements/budget and then presented a few options to me.
