The staff were attentive and helped us with our order. We had been set on one mattress but after using the Sleep Match and the knowledge of our sales assistance, we changed our minds and went for a different mattress.

Also as a regular customer, the store manager, Julie, recognised me and again took the time to welcome me and make me feel at ease in the store.

I found that buying a bed previously was very difficult you would enter a store and proceed to try almost every bed then you would have no idea which one was suitable but this experience at dreams made the choice so much easier We were able to use the sleepmatch system which chose the type of bed that suits our needs and with both myself and my husband having back problems this made it so much easier for us The assistant who dealt with us was very professional and very helpful considering we changed our mind a couple of days later and decided to go for the king size instead which I’m sure must have been a nightmare for him to change but you would never have known it he was reassuring us that it was no problem so this made our whole experience one of the easiest bigger purchases we have ever made thank you so much
