The staff were attentive and helped us with our order. We had been set on one mattress but after using the Sleep Match and the knowledge of our sales assistance, we changed our minds and went for a different mattress.

The sales assistant Kathleen was very helpful, knowledgeable and able to advise me on the right bed for me. Also as a regular customer, the store manager, Julie, recognised me and again took the time to welcome me and make me feel at ease in the store.
