The store was well organised with clear signs advising what we had to do due to CO-VID. We had a look around and was approached by Ashley asking if she could provide any help which she did. Ashley was very knowledgeable, asked us specific questions on what we were looking for also talking us through your Sleepmatch system prior to using this to identify the type of mattresses that suited both my wife and myself. We then tried the various mattress types suggested by Sleepmatch, eventually choosing the Tempur Cooltouch Sensation Elite 25 SK Mattress and a Superking ottoman bed. We were very pleased and satisfied with our purchase with the fantastic help from Ashley.

The staff were attentive and helped us with our order. We had been set on one mattress but after using the Sleep Match and the knowledge of our sales assistance, we changed our minds and went for a different mattress.
