Sleep match was good. Sales person was really helpful and was willing to spend time with us. Gave us all the options we needed and was helping us stay within our budget. Gave us time to consider the options.

Health and Safety of customers was very highly prioritised by the staff. Product knowledge of the person who dealt with us was excellent. Overall experience (i.e. shopping under Covid 19 restrictions) was pleasurable, my husband and I felt safe from the moment we entered the shop until we left.

I found the sales assistant very helpful and friendly she didnt make me feel rushed her knowledge of the products was great and I couldn't thank her enough it's been a very upsetting time for me on a personal level and the assistant made me feel a lot better when leaving your shop.
