we were well attended and had plenty of time given to shop. dreams colleague name was Dionne who could not have been more helpful - we originally intended to buy a mattress around £800 , however after Dionne introduced us to the "sleepmatch" machine (i think it was called) and offered us other choices based around our product needs and her product knowledge we were happy to be upsold to a therapur actigel plus response 4200 d --- and although it was much more than our intended spend, we felt under no pressure to spend more and were given plenty of time to test and decide which mattress best suited our needs, thanks Dionne!
