The store was well laid out, clearly sign posted with relevant COVID-19 information and the sanitising stations were clean and well placed at the entrance/sales desk etc. Dionne was our sales assistant. Dionne was very knowledgeable about all the products we were looking at, took the time to assess what we were looking, gave us various options and was really friendly and attentive and very well turned out. No questions were a hassle and was happy to go over anything we wanted to. She explained the finance options clearly and in a language easily understandable. Also the offer of water and coffee was very welcomed (and your coffee is excellent!)
