Lesley our assistant was friendly, knowlegable and very patient. She gave us good advice and we were invited to try the "Dream Machine" in order to help select a suitable mattress. She took time to allow us to try various mattress options and gave us time to discuss them ourselves privately. Health and safety were also her priority as she ensured that we followed all the Covid guidelines.
