Alex was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. He provided exceptional service throughout my visit. Alex took the time to understand exactly what I needed and went through all my options in detail to ensure I was buying the right mattress for me. I will definitely be recommending this store to friends and family as all of the staff were lovely and welcoming.

The Dreams staff welcomed myself and my wife into the store and allowed us to wander around prior to our booked appointment. Alex was very attentive, yet not overbearing and made us both feel at ease whilst trying the beds.
