Kathleen was at the entrance and welcomed us to the store in a friendly courteous manner. She was wearing a visor and showed us the sanitising station, which. as a nurse, I was pleased to see use was encouraged and was an automatic dispensing unit. She also explained the Sleepmatch Unit which I used. Kathleen provided disposable paper for a pillow and mattress when lying down to test. There was such a variety of mattress which without her knowledge would have been impossible to navigate. Excellent service without a hint of hard selling and I was given plenty of time to decide on purchase. Well done Kathleen and hopefully 'dreams will come true' when my lovely new mattress is delivered.
