very smooth process and the assistant was very informative and offered myself and my partner more options than we knew were available, she also made sure we were happy with our selected bed and gave us more time to make sure the bed was right for us. Ashley gave us detail explanation of timescales for delivery and even shared her screen with us to allow us to see when the best date for delivery would be for us. would highly recommend to any friends or family in the market for a bed.
