Kathleen was a great help in choosing our new mattress. She showed us lots of options, was very knowledgable and friendly, and entertained our 7 yr old!

All staff at your Birkenshaw store made my visit easy & enjoyable. Once my decision was made to purchase I was offered a coffee whereby all 3 assistant made me feel at ease.

the women that got us our bed was nothing but lovely and helpful she even played along with my 2 year old daughter whilst we tried out all the mattresses, all the staff remembered her name when we came back down to pay and she absolutely loved it too, couldn’t recommended them enough, thank you
