Dreams - Uddingston

We have just arrived from Melbourne, Australia to Glasgow. As our furniture is coming on a shipping crate, we were in need of a bed frame, mattress and bedding that could come within a week. My husband and I were welcomed by an exceptional person, Lesley, at the Glasgow Uddingston store in late Feb 2022. We explained our situation and Lesley was very helpful. We went on the sleepmatch machine, were shown various mattresses and pillows to try out and given advice on bed frames. Throughout we felt listened to. Lesley was highly informed, balanced being kind and helpful with a high level of professionalism. I was incredibly impressed and have spent much of this week sharing what a great experience we had - many thanks to Lesley. Looking forward to our bed frame, mattress, mattress protector, duvet and pillows arriving. Part of a good sleep experience starts with a positive experience in setting up your bedroom space - huge thanks to Lesley for her time and advice.

Kathleen was very patient and helpful in choosing the right mattress and pillows, it was very warm in the store and we were offered a drink while shopping.

Katrina was our salesperson and having been to several bed shops in several places across Lanarkshire, she was the best by far. She was knowledgeable and helpful and she answered all of our questions. She provided us with excellent service.

Sales person had a good knowledge of the item I was looking for and went out of her way to accommodate my needs. She was patient and was able to source exactly what I needed.

Sales advisor was so understanding and helpful. We used the sleep machine and she explained it to us thoroughly and our results. She spent time listening to us and showing and letting us try different mattresses
