We were greeted on arrival, PPE was clearly available. No pressure was exerted to engage with staff member. We were looking for a new mattress, so she suggested the 'diagnostic' bed. This removed the problem of searching round all mattresses. We were directed to appropriate mattresses for us. One which was exactly what I was looking for. However, we went for one I would most likely walked past had it not been recommended by the diagnostic. More expensive than we had intended, but feel it is a good investment. We were left & allowed to consider the purchase in private. Decision made, purchase completed most efficiently.

I did not wait long for a customer Assistant to come and help me to find what I was looking for. She was very helpful and gave me very good customer service from start to finish.
