Quick efficient and lovely lady

I was very indecisive about what I wanted and was going back and fourth between different stores but in the end it was the customer service and the friendliness that made me purchase both my frame and mattress from the lovely lady serving us. Very satisfied and happy with the service I was provided

The sales person Ashleigh went truelly exceeded my expectations. Her friendliness, attentiveness and enthusism made my vist enjoyable, it was very unexpected. Thank you so much Ashleigh! I'll be telling all my friends/family to come to you for sure.

I received a warm friendly greeting on arrival. The staff member listened to my needs and pointed out the appropriate mattresses for me to try. When I made my selection Ashley suggested pillows and protectors and explained returns policy for mattresses appropriately protected. I was offered several delivery slots before deciding on a convenient time/date for me. Ashley also explained the potential uplift of my old mattress. All in all a pleasant experience.

Knowledgeable staff,& quick & easy transaction

Satisfied with my trip to dreams. I had previously looked across several stores in Birkenshaw and the beds and mattresses in Dream were higher quality. The staff showed a great level in support helping me find the right product. Dionne didn't try and rush the sale or push me to get anything. She offered solutions and her own opinion which for myself I felt was honest and appreciated. She delivered in finding me the right mattress to suit and also the correct headboard rather than opting for an option that I wouldn't have been completely happy with. Thanks, Dionne 😊

We did the computer thing to find out which mattresses would be best for us the options were great and the staff member who helped us was brilliant really engaging and up beat

Ashley who I dealt with was extremely nice and knowledgeable, she didnt try to force anything onto me that I didnt need, and she took the time to find out what exactly I was looking for and found it for me
