All the team at Dream Birkenshaw were so friendly and approachable, I felt like each one (Katrina & Dionne) both knew their products incredibly well and had an excellent rapport with any customer coming into the store, not just my husband and myself.

The personnel are really friendly and take time to explain and show different beds. They enquire about your needs and then show you appropriate bed that fit in to what you are looking for. They give you plenty of time to test a bed and don't hover about to make you feel uncomfortable. So you get time to really feel if the mattress is suitable and comfy. They are also very friendly offering coffee or a bottle of water. Very nice customer service. We were in the shop in Uddingston a few times to make sure we were making the right decision and all personnel were really super friendly, relaxed and interested.

We were greeted by a trainee at the door but im sorry to say i have forgotten his name but he was a great asset to your team. After about 30 mins your assistant Kathleen who was with us till purchase who again was first class in showing your products and giving us advice. I would highly recommend you to anyone 👍
