The assistant Hugh who helped me.,was extremely helpfull in finding the correct pillow for me, He took the time to explai. The difference in the pillows and took in to consideration what i was looking for. It was a pleasant visit to the shop and i was not felt pressured into buying a pillow. I did and I am very happy and will be returning to buy another.

we were welcomed to the store the staff were all friendly we were asked to if we wanted to try the sleep match which was great and then given the best matters for my needs

The staff member who helped me was very knowledgeable and spent time going through the options that would suit me best, due to ongoing back problems I need to make sure I have the right mattress and using the sleep match bed I was able to find out the type of bed I needed, the staff was all very friendly and helpful during the visit.
