The staff were so friendly and the store was immaculate, helper very knowledgeable, was a pleasure shopping in store during my visit.

Really friendly and patient staff. Took time to explain the benefits of different matresses, but totally respected our pricing budget. Delivery is a bit longer than expected, but understandable given the current pandemic. Staff were upfront about this and its not an issue. Would definitely Reccomend and first call would be Dreams next time I or my family need a new bed/matress. Total confidence in the quality.

All measures were in place for coping with the virus. We were given disposable paper to lie on and access to hand gel. And staff were wearing masks and guards. Staff member was helpful and knowledgeable and friendly

The assistant Hugh who helped me.,was extremely helpfull in finding the correct pillow for me, He took the time to explai. The difference in the pillows and took in to consideration what i was looking for. It was a pleasant visit to the shop and i was not felt pressured into buying a pillow. I did and I am very happy and will be returning to buy another.
