I thought my assistant Ashley was very helpful and really accommodated my requirements. She spend as much time with me as I needed and I did not feel rushed. She answered all my questions and knew her job. Excellent! Margaret Barban

Alex who helped us was really friendly and professional. He was able to show us beds similar to the one we ordered (which was an online only product) and show us the fabric that our bed would be made of. He was knowledgable and I felt confident that our order was in good hands.

Colleague was efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. Store was clean. Our questions were answered quickly and purchase completed efficiently.

We bought three beds from the uddingston store about 18months and it was our first port of call for a new mattress. It was the same person who looked after us, Lesley, and she was so helpful and took her time to help us and was patient when we were struggling to decide. Great service.

THE GIRL WHO ASSISTED ME WAS VERY VERY NICE AND KNEW WHAT SHE WAS TALKING ABOUT.I WAS VERY VERY HAPPY WITH THE EXPERIENCE, THE ASSISTANT WAS CALLED LESLEY 134AO30538 AND MADE UD VERY WELCOME AND RELAXED.

After entering the store we were approached by Kathleen and asked if we needed help , she did not push us into looking at anything and informed us about the sleep centre if we needed help. Once we had a chance to look arround she offered to do the sleep centre thing and advised us about the result, then we were offered a coffee or water while we were left to look at various products. Once we had decided on our initial choice Kathleen gave us additional advice on the better range on offer should we want it. Choices were made and we proceeded to purchase which again was made easy by Kathleen who then explained the full order in detail. Kathleen was really freidndly and put us at ease not pushy as are some sales assistants and extremely helpful a credit to your store, because of her we would certainly come back to dreams and reccommend you to our freinds and family.
