Lesley was first class great customer service and product knowledge. Will definitely be returning for any other purchases needed.

Very well informed knowledgeable, courteous, helpful sales person who was always available when needed but whose presence was not at all intrusive when we wished to discuss things privately. He could not have been more helpful!!

We were instantly welcomed once we had entered our local Dreams in Uddingston. The Dreams sales lady, Kathleen, immediately understood our needs and took us to look at exactly the kind of ottoman beds we were looking for. Tea and coffee were served as we then sat with her to go through the details of the products we were purchasing and related services, costs and delivery, which were covered very thoroughly. All in all, a very smooth experience and a productive visit, which got us exactly what we wanted at a very competitive price. I was and remain a very happy customer.

Visited the store a couple of times before making our purchase. No one forced the issue to buy there and then. All staff were friendly and knowledgeable with their products.

I have bought beds from dreams before yesterday 's visit to the store in uddingston. Kathleen the shop assistant was very helpful & knowledgeable about her job. If in the near future l would go back to dreams.
