Kathleen our advisor was extremely helpful and knowledgable. We got the feeling she was going the extra mile for us, and made us feel really comfortable. She answered all our questions and really put us at ease.

Didn't feel pressured or confronted when entered the store . Gave time to walk around in peace but when assistant was required we were very well taking care of in a friendly manner
