Customer service was high from the moment I walked in. Very high standard on cleaning hands/wearing gloves on entering the store and all staff were careful to keep distance. Every questioned answered sufficiently. Found product I was looking for quickly and delivery time was very good, only 2 weeks.

Austin was very knowledgeable and understood what we were looking for. Very friendly and did not pressure us into buying anything. Explained the procedures for COVID-19 very well. Great service from him

We was welcomed by chloe in the Truro branch and she was exceptionally friendly and her customer service was extremely good, Chloe had a good knowledge of the products and was more than happy to spend as much time as it took. Even though we are in a Covid era Chole kept to the social distance and pointed out the dispensers and gloves for our protection. She is a asset to your company.
