Helpful sellers, but not pushy.

Very proffesional and friendly sales assistant.

The store was clean and everything looked to be being done to protect ourselves and staff. We are approached by Kioni who was very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. She got us to try the sleep centre which recommended a slightly different mattress than we would have expected. She gave us plenty of time and space to try different mattresses and pick what suited us the best. She even made us a cup of tea whilst we were concluding the paperwork. All in all an efficient friendly and safe experience.

The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly and could not have been more helpful.

Michael made us feel very welcome and thrived to find out as much information about us that was absolutely relevant for the bed choices tgat were given to us

When it to the store a few times at dreams truro trying out different beds the staff member I had dealt with was Laura she took her time with us to find the right mattress even tho she's new to the job she was knolagable of the products and very helpful of any questions or issues I had. Plus all all the other staff members were friendly too
