The staff were very helpful and knew exactly what matress’ we needed to choose from. They also helped us decide on pillows and duvets and we’re knowledgable in all subjects making it a really easy process.

We had a chance to look around and when we were ready a college was on standby to help us - not pushy and really took time to get to know what it was we wanted and didnt try and make us pay more than out budjet - got a free be as well which was great and the customer service we received from our sales person waa great really friendly and a great memeber of the team

We was greeted by a lovely man. We felt relaxed straight away, we told he what we wanted, we went over to the sleepmatch to see what we needed for both myself and partner, he made us feel very relaxed, we really appreciated him watching our children whilst we laid down to do the sleep test. He made all the payments clear after we decided which mattress we wanted. He was very patient with us, very kind man.

I was delighted with the service and attention I received from the sales person. So very helpful and keen to make the experience personal and providing the correct product for our needs a most enjoyable experience.

This was the second time in three months that I had the ‘Dreams experience’. On both occasions I was very well cared for by the staff members

The sales assistant Michael from the truro store was very helpful in explaining all the aspects that went with buying a bed from using the machine to choosing the correct bed and all the options available and was not pushy in selling a bed at anytime
