The survey was excellent I asked for a mattress to drive away with and he helped me and I got everything and more

Chloe, the sales assistant was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and not at all pushy.....she was also patient as we took a lot of time to decide which mattress to purchase.

Chloe at the Truro store was very friendly and had me and my mum laughing, very polite and thoroughly knowledgable about what she was selling and how she could tailor it to my needs e.g. I said I’m a very hot sleeper so she suggested a mattress with natural filling, like cotton. Upon reading more info I saw it had wool inside the mattress and explained I’m a vegan so didn’t want anything with wool inside it, despite being a hot sleeper, so she came up with a great mattress and offered me a ‘cool mattress topper’ to make up for the fact I could sleep on the typically cooler mattresses. Very happy with the service she provided and would recommend to anyone. I work in the pub industry so I am very well aware of how important good customer survive is as well - fabulous job Chloe!!!
