Very satisfied with the staff who helped us to consider the range of mattresses available and to explain the differences between them

From the moment we walked in, the colleague was informative and friendly yet gave us enough breathing room to make a choice for ourselves. This subsequently led to us finding a bed frame and purchasing it through him which was a speedy yet comprehensive process. Throughout the visit we were impressed with the levels of hygiene that were maintained and the processes put in place due to the coronavirus outbreak.

We received a warm welcome by the store manager and felt at ease with all Covid measures the store had in place. We were offered helpful advice and suggestions throughout our visit. There was a good range of products which the store manager was very knowledgable of. We made a decision without any pressure and are very happy with our purchase.

I rang my local store as had previously visited them. I wanted a particular mattress and was waiting for it to be on offer at least 20% the gentleman that took my phone call was very friendly and helpful and also helped me with choosing pillows

The survey was excellent I asked for a mattress to drive away with and he helped me and I got everything and more
