I was highly satisifed with my dreams experience because the colleague who served me was extremely helpful in helping me choose the right mattress, I used the sleep technology bed and was able to find the suitable mattress for me. He also made me a cup of tea and told me about the exclusive offers they have on Levitex gravity pillows which I was most pleased about. His name was Geff/Jeff in Truro store, he was an absolute pleasure to meet! Will be returning definitely in the future.

The store staff were extremely helpful and their product knowledge was excellent.

Being able to tell me which mattress was best for me from the machine you use meant I tried the first mattress and it was perfect. Absolutely great

Firstly we were not kept waiting after entering store. Second the machine reassured us that we were not buying the wrong mattress for our needs. Lastly I believed we paid a fair price for the products.

I was greeted as soon as I arrived and offered Assistance, I explained what I was looking for and was shown the ottoman bed that I had seen online. I then experienced the sleep match bed (which was amazing, just like a mini massage 😊). I was then shown and tried out mattresses to suit my profile. The ordering process was was completed with each step being explained.

The staff were really friendly. They him gave us space to try the beds but were readily available with advice and support. They made us a cup of tea whilst putting the order in too which is always a win.
