Dreams - Truro

We wanted to have the customer shop experience rather than doing on line. We walked in said we wanted to look independently and we were allowed to...we walked around the very good display of several types and prices of mattresses we were looking for and we'd chosen, purchase and got an order delivery date within 15 minutes...how easy was that ! For a product that was going to last for a recommended period of lasting no more than 8yrs ...very impressed !

My mum and I visited the Truro store. Forgive us we have forgotten the young ladies name, however, she was incredibly kind, informative, friendly and knowledgable with regards the products in store. We felt well looked after and cannot thank her enough with regards her patience. My mum is deaf and palliative!

The person who guided me through the in-store process was friendly, clear, professional, helpful and warm. The product range was excellent and the details were explained in a clear easily understood way. I got everything I could have asked for from the branch and so felt no need to visit the alternative shop across the road.

The measures in place to safeguard the public and personnel were rigorous and well thought out. Our salesman was Austin who was both friendly and very helpful. We were about to cancel an order placed with another store due to the fact that after 2 months, a delivery date could still not be confirmed. We expressed interest in a bed on sale at Dreams Truro and then promised to come back if we could not find an alternative at the ther store. We had already been given a confirmed delivery at Dreams and we returned to place an order with Austin an hour later. He was, as said above, very helpful.
