Chloe in the Truro shop was very helpful and showed us the options that were available based on the result of the 'diagnostic' test. We went away to think about the options and returned a couple of days later. She was there again and remembered exactly what product we were interested in. Very helpful and friendly service. Also very knowledgeable about the products available.
