Dreams - Truro

Greeted by staff who asked if we needed help. Allowed us to browse bed but not to try them yet due to COVID. Returned to liar with staff who within a short time we had decided on a bed frame and we tried6 mattresses, chose the required one and paid a deposit as there was a delay on mattresses of possibly 4 weeks. The following day we received a phone call from store explaining they had located a mattress and would be delivered next week. I then pain the balance on the purchase.

Geoff was incredibly helpful throughout, and as I had pain from old injuries to rale into consideration he listened intently and made sure I had the pick of the mattresses most suitable to me. This was my first visit to a Dreams store and I was very impressed by the professionalism and courtesy of the staff member who assisted me. I was also pleased with the way the store had been made Covid secure as I am in the age group that could be badly affected.

Staff where so friendly, it was quick and easy, stress free. She knew her stuff so it was so easy to make a decision. I wasn’t rushed, she gave us her full attention. She was very careful with the whole COVID stuff. After it was all done we chatted for a bit which was lovely.
