The assistant, Alexsandra, was super helpful, friendly and approachable with any questions I had. We chatted, she showed us the types of mattresses that would suit us, offered us coffee and just all around, a really lovely lady.

Staff member very attentive with us but also gave us space and time to decide on our purchase and was there for us when we wanted her again on the same visit. Her knowledge re product was excellent. We did not feel the need to look elsewhere Delivery was 3 weeks for item and would have preferred 1 week but in current climate was not a deal breaker so overall good product and service. Will definitely recommend to friends.

Greeted by staff who asked if we needed help. Allowed us to browse bed but not to try them yet due to COVID. Returned to liar with staff who within a short time we had decided on a bed frame and we tried6 mattresses, chose the required one and paid a deposit as there was a delay on mattresses of possibly 4 weeks. The following day we received a phone call from store explaining they had located a mattress and would be delivered next week. I then pain the balance on the purchase.
