Initially saw Kioni who just knew everything about the bed I wanted. Then revisited and saw Laura who completed the purchase arrangements and she was equally as knowledgeable. Both were very friendly and not at all pushy which I liked. We were offered a coffee whilst completing the paperwork which was very welcoming.

All staff in store were friendly and helped with questions I had. Seth helped with proving information regarding a bed frame I was interested in and helped in the selection of a mattress. During the mattress sampling experience I found Seth to be knowledgeable about the products, I felt comfortable in his presence and he was patient, giving me time to make an informed decision.

The staff were very helpful and let you look around the store without being pestered but available to assist in any way

The service we received was excellent. After we explained what we were looking for the shop assistant recommended we try the bed match which we were happy to do. After the bed match was completed we received a list of recommendations of the types of mattresses we should be looking for. We were able to try every mattress listed and were able to eliminate some of them as not being suitable for our requirements. Her knowledge of the products also helped us decide on the style of base we required. We were given a written list of what we were looking at so that we could take it away and decide what to do regarding finance of the products. We were very pleased with the assistance we received and will be returning to make a purchase.

Very enjoyable experience with a knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful Dreams team member (Seth) who made what was a daunting prospect of choosing a bed much easier and enjoyable. We were welcomed into the store and found the sleep-match machine helpful to making our selection and the care and attention provided by Seth excellent.

Geoffrey was extremely knowledgeable. I used your mattress technology to shortlist my choice which saved a lot of time. I did not feel pressured to choose an expensive mattress and Geoff listened to my personal preferences to assist in my decision making. I was delighted with the flexible delivery options. I was surprised and delighted with how quickly the whole process took. The forty day return procedure is a good safeguard.
