Sales assistant welcomed us into the store and explained the covid procedures very clearly and nicely. After that he took us through the various stock options that were available and discussed prices etc. We were impressed that he then left us to privately discuss our next move and returned to further offer help should we have any queries. Having made our choice of divan and mattress,he concluded matters efficiently and discussed delivery times and options.Overall we would like to compliment him and your company for excellent customer service and product.

Geoff who served me was informative without being over bearing. When i mentioned seeing the same kind of mattress cheaper at Bensons for beds he offered to price match which sealed the deal for me, as I found the Dreams mattress to be more comfortable. I was really impressed with how quick I could have the mattress delivered as well, so all in all a great shopping experience. Mattress is coming tomorrow, so looking forward to see if it lives up to expectations, I'm sure it will
