The delivery process (including the emails, texts and phone calls to confirm the details of delivery and making me aware of the preparation needed at my end for the safe removal of my existing mattress and arrival of my new one) was smooth and extremely efficient. Delivery guys were friendly and professional too! COVID measures that were in place couldn't be faulted either. Very satisfied with the whole service received!
