Very professional and friendly staff, great customer service,good product knowledge, offered a drink whilst waiting.

Michael at the store in Truro was amazing and made the whole process much easier than we have found elsewhere. He is a true credit to your company and had he not been so attentive to our needs and giving us space when needed we would have gone away to think and not decided to make our purchase at the time of our visit. We are now very excited for our new bed, please pass on our thanks to such a great team member.

We went in store for a new matress, sales assistant was so lovely and helpful, went above and beyond. We tried a few and she even moved one onto a bed for us to try, was such a fab experience and she even gave us a few bits in with the matress. Truro branch on a Sunday, best sales assistant ever

The sales assistant was really attentive & friendly, we used the test bed analysis machine which was great fun. The mattress we bought is great quality, suited perfectly to us, nearly half price. Just all round a great experience start to finish. Thanks

The assistant told us what we can do then left us to walk around and browse instead of hounding us all the time like they do in benson for beds. He was instantly there when we asked for him and surprised us at end with loads of free stuff we didn’t know we could get. It was a great experience. And we get the best nights sleep in years thanks to dreams

The assistant (Seth) was very professional and also made us feel at ease and able to discuss exactly what we wanted. He explained the process and showed us the electronic bed. We chose the mattress we wanted and he sorted out the delivery and explained about recycling our mattress which we were pleased to do. We left the Dream’s store feeling very happy and confident with our purchase.

We dealt with Michael at Truro who was very helpful and knowledgeable. He took time to explain all the options to us and did not rush us at all. The store manager was also very helpful. Both gentlemen were very approachable and friendly and we were very pleased that we went into that shop on that day. The whole process can be very confusing but they took time to make sure we understood everything.

The staff were friendly, professional, and actively helped us fund the right product. They weren’t pushy with their sales and I could have placed the order more easily online, but was impressed with them when we came to look so wanted thr same to go to them directly.
