I have purchased from the store before the staff in store are alway helpful and a good product knowledge, there is no pressure to buy

Was greeted warmly when entered the store and lots of availability which I felt was all fairly priced. When I brought this bed it was wrongly labelled as under priced, however staff honoured this discount with no issue.

The staff were so friendly in the Truro store! Really helpful and I didn't feel like I was being followed around the store like I felt with another company! They were on hand to help with anything and very very patient! (I had a hard time deciding between two of your beds!) I was very impressed with how the truro store were handling health and safety in regards to covid, I felt very comfortable the whole time i was in the store. I cannot thank the staff enough, especially the lady who helped me during my visit, lovely lady!

Good customer service and advice

The staff were friendly and attentive but not pushy, they had a good understanding of what we were looking for and steered us in the right direction. I was very impressed with the concern they showed for the safety of the customers in the store but still managing to keep a relaxed atmosphere.

Couldn’t have asked for anything more. Good ranges, good prices in the sale, assisted fantastically by Austen at Truro branch.
