Our welcome, our briefing on Covid requirements, very friendly staff and a lovely clean store all added to our most enjoyable experience. The staff were more than helpful in directing us to the mattresses in our price range and allowed us to try them out too.

There was a good range of products, and although the one we wanted was at the top of our budget we were able to arrange a small discount.

I was delighted that so many sleep motion beds were on show and that I was able to try different combinations to help me select one that was right for me

The Store Manager at Truro was extremely helpful and efficient. He explained the process to us of being “measured” for our bed and listened to what we wanted and didn’t want and was very helpful and informative.

The sales person was very good
