The staff were professional, courteous and well informed. The staff made a great effort to explain the COVID 19 precautions in place in the shop

Most of all the sleep match programme.

Staff very helpful and knowledgeable, store layout good, felt Covid safe and staff weren't afraid of reminding customers sanitise and keep safe distance.

The sales assistant was refreshingly un-pushy. Very welcoming and dealt with our queries well.

Kioni was very helpful and efficient and worked with our budget to find a bed frame and mattress we liked.

The girl that helped us was enthusiastic had a sense of humour and willing to help us. she had knowledge of the products she had and new where to find them she also helped to find a mattress to are budget and not pushing us to spend more, I find that not very help full and wastes a lot of time. overall the staff in general where grate and I will be returning to them for my mattress. thank you

The staff were very friendly, the store was immaculate and facilities were great too. Austin (Truro branch) who served us was an absolute pleasure to deal with, knowledgeable and very patient.
