The assistant was very helpful and listened to what we wanted. He explained himself well and we didn’t feel pressured into purchasing anything.

The member of staff, I believe he was called Austin, was very helpful. Any queries we had he was able to answer. He checked if there was anything he didn't have the answer for and quickly returned with the information. He was efficient and ok that we took our time to make a decision. Making the order was straightforward and made again very efficient. I'm now awaiting delivery and hope this will be as smooth as making the order. I would definitely return to store when looking to order again.

The assistant was very friendly from start to finish (can't remember her name) and I got what I wanted so overall very happy.

I had come to the store with a specific item in mind . However I was extremely impressed with the way your colleague Austin in the Truro store approached me with an offer to help (without being pushy). He suggested I took a mattress test to confirm the best one for me and I was then shown the range. I bought the mattress and even though there is a 13 week wait I feel confident that it was the right choice.

As soon as we entered the store we were spoken to by Alexandra ,who was knowledgeable and attentive ,from beginning to end .This is our second bed we have purchased from Dreams ,because of the quality and care .
