The sales assistant, Kioni, was very helpful without being in the least bit pushy. She explained the results of the bed test clearly and showed us the relevant mattresses that we were interested in. The hygiene guidelines were followed and we felt safe.

I was immediately greeted by Kioni. She was both friendly and professional. I was buying a divan bed for the first time and she clearly talked me through the different options - classic/luxury and drawers v's ottoman. The pricing was clear and fabric choice samples available to see. I was very impressed. I then went to Benson beds - and their staff were not a patch on Kioni so I returned to Dreams to place my order. Kioni told me she was a newbie - but was really informative. People buy from people and Kioni was the reason I placed my order.

Served by a lovely chap called Austin in Truro who was great, no hard sell just good advice. Social distancing/sanitising was on the ball and we are very excited for our new bed to arrive

Austin was very friendly, he explained the measures in place for the covid guidence and allowed us time to browse until we were ready for his help and information. He demonstrated the guest bed I chose and advised me on mattress types he also showed me the colour range and suitable headboards.

I phoned the Truro store to enquire if they had any mattresses in stock for collection same day as my terminally ill mum had a very uncomfortable mattress. Austin found me a great mattress at a great price that ticked all the boxes. On visiting the store the young woman that served was also really helpful. As a previous retail manager I would say that these 2 people are a credit to your company.
