Jeff was highly personable his knowledge and attention to detail was exemplary nothing stood in his way to make our shopping visit a pleasure.

In, looked after, shown what we wanted wasn’t over sold, loved the product and purchased all in under 20 minutes. Top job!!

The salesperson was not 'pushy' - showed the products, answered our questions, gave us space - I cannot abide pushy in your face sales people - your staff in Truro are the way all sales people should be

It was brilliant service, had someone come and help me as soon as I went into the store and they where really friendly and nice. They also did a brilliant job finding the right mattress for me straight away.

Nioni was very welcoming and understood what I was after straight away and helped show the options available. Then understood my parents and I needed to discuss and took a step back and have us space. Showed fantastic customer service l
